Laser Leveling System Up Down Switch

Deca Manufacturing Co., Inc. has been making this overmolded product for about 15 years.

The design criteria for this product was rather severe in that it had to withstand rough usage on a construction site. There it would be subjected to mud and water. In addition it should still be operational if run over by heavy equipment.

This overmolded assembly is used on a construction site for leveling. The laser is mounted on a bulldozer, and with use of a reflector, the blade can be raised or lowered to provide the level surface desired.

What we have in the finished product is an up and down switch that is an overmolded cable assembly.
