Over Molded Cables

This over molded cable is used in a programmable controller. It was necessary to add the switch to the one end of the over molded cable, to take care of proper circuit loading. The small switch is part of an over molded assembly that uses an mold tight connector.

The opposite end of this over molded cable has an RJ-76 connector over molded on to it. The connector end with the over molded switch is completely shielded. The over molding material meets 94V0 UL specifications.
