PLC Terminator Switch

The two cables you see here have an over molded terminator switch in one end.

The cable above has a terminator switch on one end and a D-sub connector on the opposite end.

The cable below just has the terminator switch.

The switch is mounted on a small printed circuit board with two resistors on it.

If you turn the switch on it places the resistors in the circuit. If you turn the switch off it connects to the PLC. (Programmable Logic Controller)
